Basic users (like grandma) typically cannot use a smartphone. An advanced user can overcome this limitation by setting up a a 'Family' group on Nonna.Digital and inviting family contacts. This creates a safe space for elderly people to make and receive videocalls. Once the Group Admin has added Nonna as a BASIC user, she can perform a video-call towards her default contact with a single tap on the app icon. Easy peasy!
